Founder / Owner

Don Bowden is a 37-year restaurant entrepreneur. He graduated from Texas Christian University in 1957 with a BBA in Accounting. Within months of graduation, it was evident that he would not be satisfied working for someone else. He began a series of small businesses seeking his destiny. Don successfully founded, owned and operated three Mexican restaurant chains--Pancho's Mexican Buffet, Dos Gringos (14 locations in Texas and Louisiana) and a new Mexican food concept, Mercado Juarez Café in Dallas.

Jay Alley

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Jay Alley is Vice President of Sales and is responsible for all related activities for the company including: day to day operations; managing a team of retail sales managers and brokers; and international travel to Europe, New Zealand, China, Australia and Japan.

Jeff Morris

Vice President, Operations

Jeff Morris is the VP of Operations for Fresherized Foods and responsible for all US and Mexico plant logistics.

Jeff has almost 20 years of grocery experience and worked with Steve Parnell at Albertsons for part of that time. Steve respected Jeff’s ability so much, he brought him to Fresherized Foods as a Sales Manager for Food Service in 2001. Jeff immediately made an impact. He increased Food Service sales by 50% within the first 3 years and was promoted to VP of Food Service.

Steve Parnell is President of Fresherized Foods, and responsible for all HPP Food Operations in the U.S., Mexico and South America.

A lead-by-example manager and proponent of empowerment and accountability, his creative and operational strength along with an outstanding management team have helped the company achieve significant sales and profit growth, year after year.

Tracey Altman

Vice President, Brand Marketing

Tracey Altman Tracey A Altman, Vice President, Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and driving the Wholly brand strategy as well as maintaining the B2B Fresherized brand.

Cindy Wong

Vice President, Food Service Sales

Cindy Wong, Vice President of Food Service Sales is responsible for managing all foodservice operations for the company. Additionally, Cindy is in charge of all national and international accounts.
