Vice President, Operations

Jeff Morris is the VP of Operations for Fresherized Foods and responsible for all US and Mexico plant logistics.

Jeff has almost 20 years of grocery experience and worked with Steve Parnell at Albertsons for part of that time. Steve respected Jeff’s ability so much, he brought him to Fresherized Foods as a Sales Manager for Food Service in 2001. Jeff immediately made an impact. He increased Food Service sales by 50% within the first 3 years and was promoted to VP of Food Service.

In addition to his years as the VP of Food Service, Jeff also managed the day-to-day operations of our US warehouse. Since sales were showing double digit increases year over year, we needed to increase the efficiencies within our US and Mexico plants so Jeff was promoted to VP of Operations.

As VP of Operations, Jeff has successfully implemented new inventory procedures in the Mexico plants and a traceability program for all plants, for finished goods through a scanning process. He is also responsible for all production scheduling between the US and Mexico, all procurement of packaging and raw materials, all equipment purchases, etc. Anything and everything that has to do with creating our great tasting products, Jeff plays a major role in making it happen.

Jeff and is wife have been married for over 15 years and they have 2 daughters.
